Life is unpredictable, and reactions are inevitable—but they don’t have to run the show. In this session, you'll learn the AR² method: Awareness, Acceptance, Regulation, and Recalibration. It’s a practical tool for slowing down, getting curious, and finding clarity when you're feeling overwhelmed. We'll dive into how to manage your reactivity, not just within yourself but in the context of your relationships, work, and everyday chaos. Whether you’re reconnecting with these ideas or it’s your first go-round, expect actionable strategies, a bit of discomfort (in a good way), and the skills to handle whatever comes your way—without losing it.

Burnout is real—but it doesn’t have to be your reality. In this workshop, we'll explore what burnout looks like, how it sneaks up on high performers, and, most importantly, how you can address it in a way that actually works for you. No tired clichés about "just taking better care of yourself" here. Through guided reflection and group discussions, you'll uncover what’s truly burning you out, pinpoint where you're feeling overwhelmed, and identify which parts of your life need refilling or resetting. By the end, you’ll walk away with a personalized action plan: a single focus that will make a 1% difference when you return to work. And we'll dive into practical prevention tips—a framework to help you flourish in your career and catch the signs before they hit crispy levels. Even if you don’t get it all right, you’ll leave with tools to test, tweak, and prevent burnout from creeping back in

This session will help you identify and articulate your sense of purpose—without feeling like it has to be some grand, life-changing mission. Through guided exercises, you'll create your own "purpose in a box," a clear and personalized statement that grounds your work and life, helping you reconnect with what truly matters.

Caring Smarter, Not Harder: Finding the Sweet Spot of Compassion

Empathy helps us connect deeply, but it can lead to burnout when we take on others' pain too intensely. This session explores how to shift from pure empathy to compassion—a more sustainable approach to reducing suffering while maintaining perspective. You’ll learn practical techniques to balance empathy and compassion, while also building self-compassion skills to handle challenging outcomes, recharge your emotional reserves, and care for yourself as effectively as you care for others.
